La comunicazione del Comune di Fasano sarà curata dalla RTI Mastro-Capozzi
FASANO – Il comune di Fasano, con determina del 25 giugno 2020, ha affidato la gestione dei servizi di comunicazione istituzionale, in esito a presentazione di manifestazione di interesse, al raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese Mastro-Capozzi, per un totale di quasi 50 mila euro complessivi.
Alla scadenza della gara, fissata allo scorso 21 gennaio, erano pervenute due sole offerte telematiche: una da parte della s.r.l. “Il riscatto delle cicale”, l’altra da parte del raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese costituita da Giovanni Mastro e Mimmo Capozzi. Quest’ultima, dopo la valutazione in fase finale, si è dunque aggiudicata la gestione della comunicazione istituzionale fino al prossimo 30 giugno 2021.
La questione ha subito scatenato la dura reazione del consigliere comunale Raffaele Trisciuzzi, pubblicata a mezzo social (e repostata dal collega consigliere Antonio Scianaro). Il consigliere Trisciuzzi ha chiesto l’immediato ritiro della determina del 26 giugno scorso (quella con la quale si aggiudica la procedura di gara), per una questione di “opportunità politica”.
Ciò che Trisciuzzi sottolinea è che la gara – fino a prova contraria, è bene precisarlo, vinta in maniera del tutto legittima – abbia visto come esito l’affidamento della comunicazione dell’ente ad una RTI i cui rappresentanti, Mastro (da ieri ex direttore della testata locale OsservatorioOggi) e Capozzi (ex consigliere comunale), risultano imparentati con due consiglieri comunali di maggioranza. Anche su questo, è opportuno sottolinearlo, non vi sarebbe alcun impedimento, ed è per questo motivo che il consigliere comunale – consapevole di ciò – fa riferimento ad una questione di “opportunità politica”.
Può accadere, a questo punto, che la questione finisca addirittura in Consiglio comunale. Si parla infatti già di interrogazioni dirette al sindaco su quanto accaduto con la gara indetta a cavallo tra il 2019 ed il 2020.
