L’ex assessore torna alla carica e ne ha per tutti e su ogni fronte
FASANO – L’ex assessore Deleonardis torna alla carica su diversi argomenti che, a detta dello stesso, sono stati lasciati in sospeso da diverso tempo da parte dell’Amministrazione guidata dal sindaco Zaccaria.
«Francamente non riesco a capire dove ci sia questo taglio con il passato – afferma Deleonardis in una nota inviata alla nostra testata-: a mio avviso tanti buoni propositi ma si tratta solo di una buona continuazione, di tagli ne ho visti davvero pochi. Tante promesse, tanti progetti, tanto buon lavoro per poi vedere l’ex sede del tribunale e l’ex mercato ortofrutticolo abbandonati a se stessi. Quest’ultimo addirittura è diventato deposito di resti di chianche antiche e di una passerella di Torre Canne maldestramente smontata per privare definitivamente la frazione di una delle opere più apprezzate dalla cittadinanza e con imprenditori balneari disposti a mantenerla, senza però essere stati neanche lontanamente considerati.
I locali nel centro storico (dal sottoscritto liberati) sono abbandonati a se stessi; Piazza Mercato Vecchio è in attesa di capire con quali fondi essere ristrutturata ma nel frattempo è ancora sede di parcheggio auto. Stessa cosa i due corsi, sul lato sinistro, e Piazza Ciaia: parliamo di spazi per lo più occupati con parcheggi abusivi, ovviamente non sanzionati, in quanto si preferisce sanzionare le auto alle uscite di scuola: tutto ciò solo e soltanto perché uno schema reale di parcheggio, a Fasano, non esiste e nulla si fa per prevederlo.
Un progetto di ampliamento dell’illuminazione pubblica redatto non so da chi, che a quanto dichiarato dal neo assessore ai Lavori Pubblici sarà approvato entro fine mese, tenendo presenti le segnalazioni dei singoli cittadini. Ma siamo sicuri che un progetto si debba fare su quanto segnalato e non su quanto in realtà necessario? Le segnalazioni sono realmente dei cittadini o dei consiglieri e assessori per recuperare qualche consenso?
Un piano commercio inesistente – prosegue Deleonardis – con le attività produttive sempre più in difficoltà, anche per un piano viabilità avviato con il Pums ma dimenticato in qualche cassetto (e comunque con esborso di denaro per incarico!).
Le frazioni? Abbandonate a se stesse, seppure vorrei ricordare che siamo tutti cittadini di Fasano e che il nostro centro cittadino è Piazza Ciaia.
Le marine? Inutile ripetermi: Piano coste e Piano regolatore del porto, oltre al Dragaggio e Finanziamenti Feamp, tutto fermo a quanto portato avanti dal sottoscritto. Addirittura non si riesce neanche a portare a termine una semplice ordinanza per lasciare stalli liberi in zona portuale al servizio dei pescatori con regolare licenza, piuttosto che vederli occupati abusivamente da turisti che parcheggiano sul mare.
La zona colinare? Laureto sembra essere frazione di altro paese e la Selva va avanti solo e soltanto grazie a iniziative di privati e associazioni senza alcuna collaborazione da parte dei nostri amministratori che, sorridenti e ben vestiti, partecipano alle sole inaugurazioni. Basti pensare a quanto portato avanti dall’imprenditore Renè De Picciotto che ha dovuto attendere diversi anni prima di dar seguito a numerosi investimenti in quanto lasciato solo in balìa degli umori di un ufficio tecnico, che non funziona come dovrebbe funzionare, e alla famiglia Melpignano che ha portato numerosi benefici al territorio fasanese: oltre, ovviamente, ai vari imprenditori che si stanno avvicinando al nostro territorio con particolare interesse.
Concludo invitando i nostri amministratori, non dico ad “uscire dalla regione” ma anche di limitarsi a farsi una passeggiata nei paesi limitrofi tra cui Monopoli, Polignano, Locorotondo Ostuni e Alberobello, per prendere esempio per migliorare la nostra Fasano piuttosto che chiudersi a sponsorizzare Festival della Scienza e Festival Tempeste che davvero, oltre ad una crescita culturale sempre importante, non danno nient’altro alla nostra amata Fasano».
