Superati i 2000 contagi, scatta il piano della Regione
FASANO – Con il superamento dei 2000 contagi da Coronavirus in Puglia – 2077 per l’esattezza alle 17 di oggi – scatta ufficialmente il piano varato dalla regione. Tale piano prevede che l’Umberto I di Fasano, insieme ad altri ospedali della Regione, sia attrezzato ad ospitare i pazienti in fase post-acuta per un numero massimo di 12 posti letto (ovvero i 10 già esistenti più altri 2).
Evidenti criticità nella gestione dell’emergenza si stanno verificando in molte parti della regione, con particolare riferimento all’ospedale Perrino di Brindisi (è notizia di qualche ora fa che ci sarebbe l’apertura di un’inchiesta da parte della Procura). Infatti il ritardo degli esiti dei tamponi ha generato una difficile situazione nella gestione dei casi sospetti positivi, sia tra il personale sanitario che tra i pazienti.
Tra ieri e oggi la provincia di Brindisi conta la presenza di 41 nuovi casi positivi e a Fasano, al momento, le persone contagiate si fermano a 6.
Intanto, già da domani, la struttura ospedaliera fasanese sarà pronta ad ospitare i primi pazienti che hanno contratto il Coronavirus e sono adesso nella fase post-acuta.
